Our financing guy was EXCELLENT. We initially chose 0%APR and he told us that if we chose the $1500 cash back that we would actually save about $30 a month. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the paperwork so that we understood exactly what we were getting. |

Kings recently performed the 5000 mile service as well as a couple of emissions recalls on my Mazdaspeed3. The work took less than 90 minutes. The waiting area is clean and comfortable- and has Wi-Fi. The service staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable as well. No complaints! |

I recently had Kings Mazda perform the 20,000 mile service on my 2007 Mazdaspeed3. The work was performed quickly and professionally. My Service Advisor Jason Moore is courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly arranged to have my family and I shuttled to a nearby restaurant for lunch. When we were finished a shuttle promptly appeared and returned us to the dealership. Kings Mazda has been the only place I have had my MS3 serviced and at each visit(four in all) my experience with this dealership has been 100% positive. At no time have I ever observed an unhappy service customer nor have I seen any Kings employee act in an unprofessional manner. I might add that I live outside of Louisville, KY and drive to Kings because of the stellar treatment I have received from both the sales and service departments. |
